This listing is for a dainty Grey Moonstone ring, crafted by hand especially for you. To order, simply select your ring size and preferred setting (either a straight or star bezel wrapping around the stone) from the drop-down menus. I will then intuitively choose a piece of natural Grey Moonstone just for you, and use the specifications from your order to create your very own custom ring. Like all my work, each piece is individually made, using recycled silver, cruelty-free materials, ethically sourced gemstones and environmentally friendly methods.

Grey Moonstone is an incredibly beautiful stone with a very rich history. In ancient Rome, it was often used to help with fortune telling and religious ceremonies. The stone was also gifted in Ancient Greece to people in power or with a high social status, as it was considered to be so sacred and lovely to look at. It is one of the rarest varieties of Moonstone, and some of the most beautiful pieces are found in the Austrian Alps, where the stones often have a delicate grey and white shimmer when the light hits them. Grey Moonstone is said to carry the mysteries and powers of the new moon, where all things exist as potential. It is generally called the ‘New Moon Stone,’ and is considered to be a stone of perceiving beyond the veil, moving one to unseen realms. It has all the same properties as white Moonstone, but also has an extra emphasis on the mystical, making it the perfect stone to aid in psychic pursuits and spiritual practice.
Grey Moonstone is believed to be a wonderful stone for dealing with stress, helping to balance emotions and bring a sense of calmness to its wearer. It is also a wonderful stone for attracting love into one's life, as well as overcoming anxiety and insomnia.
