☼ Summer's End ✽

Summer’s End is a small collection of hand-forged jewels, in a rainbow of colours to celebrate the final days of summer. From luminous pinks and shimmering purples to glittering blues, leafy greens, and hints of peach and yellow, each piece in this release has been crafted one at a time, by hand and hammer from start to finish in my Melbourne studio.

Before I began my next themed passion project (which will have a more autumnal palette), I wanted to take one last chance to work with bright and colourful gems. I chose stones that reflect the warmth and vibrancy of the season: Australian Opals, Rhodolite Garnet, Angel Aura Quartz, Aurora Opals, Charoite, Citrine, and of course Moonstone. Each one evokes images of balmy evenings, fragrant gardens, and the shimmer of the ocean.

Consider this my last offering to Demeter before the season turns.

Please note that as I work only with hand tools and hand-held blowtorches, I am unable to resize finished rings without risking damage to their stones.

Available from 5pm AEDT on Sunday 22nd February.
