This handcrafted ring features two beautiful stones: a luminous, teardrop shaped piece of Tanzanite, and a round Moonstone filled with rainbows. Like all my work, this ring is a complete one of a kind, made using recycled silver, cruelty-free materials, ethically sourced crystals and environmentally friendly methods.
I have created this ring in a size 7 to 7 1/4 (Australian size N 1/2 to O).

💎 TANZANITE LORE:
Tanzanite is an incredibly rare stone, occurring in only one place in the world, the Merelani Hills in Tanzania, East Africa, being first discovered in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania in 1967. Tanzanite is a stone of transmutation, shifting from lilac-blue to sapphire blue and into deep blue-violet. Tanzanite is commonly known as both the 'Stone of Magic', and also the “workaholic’s stone”. This is because it is considered to be an excellent crystal for novices to the exploration of psychic powers, and will also help one slow down in life and take things a bit easier or calmer. This slowing down will assist in concentration, which will in turn will bring success in more areas of one’s life. It is very balancing for highly active people, balancing and smoothing out extremes in one’s personality.
Tanzanite is also thought to be a stone that relieves stress and enhances composure and poise as well as harmony.
💎 MOONSTONE LORE:
Moonstone has been used in Roman jewellery for nearly two thousand years, as the Romans believed it was born from solidified rays of the moon. It has used even longer in the Orient and has always been a sacred stone in India with a special significance for lovers, and is a traditional wedding gift there. It was a popular choice for jewellers in the Art Nouveau period, and in Europe was believed to reconcile estranged lovers and to cure sleeplessness.
Legendary as the Traveller's stone, Moonstone is great for protection at night or on the water. It is a great stone to keep during a first love or any new relationship. It helps creativity, confidence and self-expression, and helps its wearer be more successful in their day to day working activities. It is also considered to be the ultimate fertility crystal.
