This listing is for a custom Molten Silver Moon pendant, crafted by hand and hammer especially for you. These pendants are made by a meticulous and repetitive process of melting recycled sterling silver, then hammering it down before the metal cools. Doing this with hand tools means I have to do this step 3-4 times to get the height and shape of the silver just right. Each piece is then stamped with a little Crescent Moon, attached to a sterling silver bail and oxidised in parts to give the pendant an antiqued look.
The organic and handcrafted nature of these pieces means that every single finished pendant will be unique in its own beautiful way, showcasing the tiny patterns and ridges that form in the silver as it melts and is then hammered down. Like all my work, each pendant is individually handcrafted, using recycled silver, cruelty-free materials, ethically sourced gemstones and environmentally friendly methods.

⦁ Molten 925 sterling silver hammered disc, stamped with a little Crescent Moon, approx. 10mm x 10mm in size.
⦁ 925 sterling silver bail.
⦁ Oxidised darker in parts for contrast.
⦁ Polished to a high shine.
⦁ Strung onto a 72cm black adjustable organic cotton cord.
⦁ Silver used is nickel free.
