This handcrafted pendant features a gorgeous piece of pear-shaped Amethyst that measures approximately 37mm x 28mm. It has been made with an 16 gauge (1.4mm) solid sterling silver bail, a thick sterling silver backing, a fine silver bezel setting and sterling silver twisted trims. I have also hand-sawed a heart into the sterling back plate, both as an added extra detail, and so that the stone can have contact with the skin. The setting has then been sanded smooth, oxidized and polished to a high shine. The total length of the pendant is approximately 48mm, and it has been strung onto a 72cm adjustable organic cotton cord, so that it can be worn as a choker, a long layering necklace, and anything in between. It is a completely unique pendant, made entirely by hand using recycled silver, cruelty-free materials, and environmentally-friendly methods!
Total length: 46mm
Total width: 32mm
